Dear Brentwood Pointe II Residents,
The Brentwood Pointe Community Yard Sale will be occurring on October 23rd from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. This is the one time each year in which Brentwood Pointe residents are permitted to hold a yard sale. Residents are welcome to set items out in a neat and orderly manner that they would like to sell on the morning of the sale. Please make sure that any items placed outside of your home do not block any parking spaces, streets, or access to other homes.
