Dear Brentwood Pointe II Residents,
The HOA is currently working to have several areas of siding power washed. This project is occurring throughout this week and may possibly go into next week.
If you keep your patio gate locked, we ask that you please unlock it until the power washing project is complete. This will allow the power washers to enter the patio areas to do any necessary washing.
